Paolo Giancane

Paolo Giancane is the former Deputy General Manager of UniCredit’s financial advisory houses in Mainland China and Hong Kong. In this role, Paolo originated, structured and executed domestic and cross-border M&A and private placement mandates.
Prior to his move to China, Paolo was Vice President and staffer of UniCredit’s M&A group in Milan. In that capacity, he originated, structured and executed M&A transactions.
Prior to joining UniCredit, Paolo worked at Lehman Brothers in Milan, London, and New York as an analyst and associate in the M&A, media and leveraged finance groups.
Paolo received a BA (cum laude) from Bocconi in 1994 and a MSc in Finance from London Business School in 2000
Paolo was an officer in the Italian Army (1994-1996) and speaks English, Italian, and Spanish fluently
